If you would like to custom made any cards, do inform us how you would like the card to be but it will all depend on the available materials. It is only a seasonal custom made service, which mean that only several festival or occasion. And before you place an order, please go through a few simple rules below:

1. Please place your custom made order(s) through email and we will arrange and discuss the completion date of the card with you ASAP. 

2. Pricing of the card will be depending on the materials used on the card and also the design of the card. Please list down your budgets when you are placing your order. This will help us in planning and designing the card.

3. We have the right to re-use the designs from the custom made cards. we also have the right to turn down any orders that we believe that we couldn't fulfill the needs of customers.

4. If the order consists of more than 3 cards, customers will need to bank in a certain amount as deposits for confirmation of the order. When the card is done, we will send to you some pictures of it to ensure your satisfaction, and the balance of the payment must be made in order to get the card delivered to your door steps. In case where the card is rejected, the deposit will not be refunded. It is fair this way as it takes time and efforts in making one card. Please be considerate. =)

6. Lastly, a warm reminder to all customers, custom made order is very limited, and it always depend on time and the availability of materials. Discussions will take place through email in order to increase satisfaction and  productivity.
